SHIPPING POLICY

At GoSway, we understand the importance of timely delivery and safe packaging. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your supplements reach you in the best condition.
We offer free shipping on all orders above £50 / €60 and a flat rate of £3.99 / €4.95 for orders below that. We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order within 3-5 business days.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because our products are consumables we do not accept returns for opened and used items. You have 14 days to request a return or exchange after receiving your order.
We accept returns for all orders provided they are in unopened condition with all seals intact. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (£3.99 in the UK / €4.95 in the Netherlands).
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service at Anna@gosway.co.uk or use our Contact us form and we will make sure to provide you with a suitable solution!
Please provide have photo or video evidence so we can process your claim as quickly as possible.
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
