We offer free shipping on all orders above £20 and a flat rate of £5 for orders below that. We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order within 3-5 business days.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We also offer international shipping, but additional fees may apply, and shipping times may vary depending on your location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At GoSway, we believe in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process.
For returns, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. We will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. For exchanges, we will send you a replacement product of the same value as the returned item once we receive the returned product. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
