As a competitive ballroom dancer, I know how busy training schedules can be. As a doctor, I also know how important nutrition is. Most dancers do not have access to sports nutritionists and are unable to tap into their full potential. We recognised this unmet need and created GoSway - the first supplement brand that focuses exclusively on dancers. Dancing is different from other sports in many ways; it is not purely about building strength or flexibility; it is not purely endurance nor is it purely high-intensity. Dancing requires a unique skillset and therefore a unique regime of supplementation. The world of sports nutrition is complex, with thousands of types of supplements on the market with variable uses and evidence behind their effectiveness. Our team consists of dancers, doctors and scientists, and we have done extensive research in sports nutrition supplements to create a complete solution, specifically designed for dancers, whether you’re an amateur or a professional. Our aim is to simplify your daily nutrient intake by creating supplements that are scientifically proven to be beneficial and applicable to dance sport – so you can focus on dancing, and we take care of the rest!

Each of our meticulously chosen ingredients are scientifically proven to show positive effects in the overall endurance and strength in athletes as well as improve recovery from strenuous exercise. As part of our development process, we consult with sports nutrition experts, qualified pharmacists and doctors to ensure the efficacy and safety of our formula. For dancers by dancers
As we strive for great results, we continuously use/test GoSway products ourselves as well as collaborate with competitive dancers from a variety of disciplines during our development process. Because of these collaborations we are confident that we are creating effective products that are truly unique. Our signature stick packaging was also chosen by listening to feedback from our customers that value convenience as supplement solutions that are currently in the market provided them with negative experiences in the past, and are typically described as 'inconvenient', 'messy' and 'too much hassle'. For these reasons we made the decision to make no compromise for convenience and launch our products in single use, fully recyclable, stick packs even at the cost of complicating the supply chain and reduced profit margins.

We have strict standards when it comes to the products that we produce and never compromise on quality. With this in mind, we spent significant time researching and talking to numerous food supplement manufacturers based in the UK and EU. Our supplements are manufactured by Rocket Science Nutrition, a UK based supplement manufacturer with 25 years of expertise in formulation, manufacturing and quality assurance. We truly appreciate their support during our lengthy product development process. With our strict standards, their powder blend formulation expertise and mutual determination we managed to create a truly unique formula that has resulted in a final product that is effective, refreshing and tastes great!

This personal struggle led to the founding of GoSway, where we offer food supplements tailored to meet the unique nutritional needs of dancers.

Sarunas attained his MSc in Drug Discovery and Development in London, UCL School of Pharmacy and a BSc in Pharmacology. He has a genuine passion for sports nutrition and deep understanding of food supplements.
