As a doctor and a ballroom dancer, I was convinced that the should be a better way. I wanted clarity on how to properly support my body to improve my dancing. I didn’t want to take supplements packed with ingredients I had never heard of, I didn’t want to fiddle with individual ingredient powders, and I didn’t want artificial sweeteners, flavourings, and colourings.

Because of these collaborations we are confident that we are creating effective products that are truly unique. Our signature stick packaging was also chosen by listening to feedback from our customers that value convenience as supplement solutions that are currently in the market provided them with negative experiences in the past, and are typically described as 'inconvenient', 'messy' and 'too much hassle'. For these reasons we made the decision to make no compromise for convenience and launch our products in single use, fully recyclable, stick packs even at the cost of complicating the supply chain and reduced profit margins.

Anna is a Doctor currently rresearching...
professional competitive ballroom dancer who struggled to find a suitable product to boost her recovery and energy during demanding dancing classes and competitions. This personal struggle led to the founding of GoSway, where we offer food supplements tailored to meet the unique nutritional needs of dancers.

Sarunas attained his MSc in Drug Discovery and Development in London, UCL School of Pharmacy and a BSc in Pharmacology. He has a genuine passion for sports nutrition and deep understanding of food supplements.nanana
