GoSway supplement range is effective and easy to understand. The supplement world is confusing with hundreds of powders, drinks, and more being advertised. Our range is simple and relevant to you: the dancer. We create complete formulations with a clear purpose and noticeable effects.
At GoSway we do not to use any artificial colourings, synthetic sweeteners or flavourings for any of our drinks. Our formulations contain real dried fruit powders as a superior alternative to synthetic flavourings. Providing not only great taste but also effective antioxidants. We also use Stevia which is a natural “sweetener” derived from the Stevia rebaudiana plant. It has zero calories and is naturally vegan.
Our formulations do not contain caffeine, like most other pre-workout drinks. Caffeine has been proven to boost performance but can lose some of its effect with prolonged use and can cause side effects in high doses, which is risky when using it for performance or competition when you have to be at your best. We therefore offer only caffeine free products. This means you can continue to enjoy your cuppa along our shakes if you want a caffeine boost.
Yes! Our range is designed to give you the best benefits if our products are used in combination. Each product in our line serves a clear purpose.
Everyone’s different – but some people notice changes in energy and recovery within a few days, while others see benefits build over time. Like any health habit, consistency matters.
According to most clinical studies, significant performance benefits for improved endurance and short term burst energy when using Creatine and Beta alanine are achieved after 2 to 4 weeks of daily, consistent supplementation.
The tingling effect of beta-alanine is totally harmless and temporary. This sensation is caused by the amino acid stimulating sensory nerves under the skin, often described as "pins and needles" on the face, neck, or hands. It usually starts approximately 15 minutes after intake and fades within an hour.
Protein powder is a well-known supplement and is made of 20 different amino acids. General protein powder will contain all of these in some quantity. However, you need to take high quantities in order to get the most useful type of amino acids needed for sports. The downside of using general protein powder is that they cause weight gain and cause you to retain water. No problem for a body builder, but not desired for dancers!
Our blends therefore contain only those amino acids most beneficial for your muscles. These are essential and branched chain amino acids, which are found in the general and post-training drinks. The additional benefit is the time of absorption. Amino acids from dietary protein are generally absorbed within 3 to 4 hours. While whey isolates (protein shakes) are faster and take 1-2 hours, amino acids are absorbed in as little as 15-30 minutes making it ideal for high intensity workouts. It also does not make you bloated and give you the sense of being heavy.
The “i” stands for instant - referring to the use of free-form amino acids that are soluble and easy to mix, making them convenient to use around your training routine.
